How we work
Built around a live forecourt
A forecourt earns money every hour it's open, so we plan works in phases, keep as many pumps and bays trading as possible and agree out-of-hours working where it helps.
Fuel sites carry fire and explosion risks. We plan every job around DSEAR, the site's hazardous area zoning and your own permit-to-work rules, and keep chargers and new equipment outside the hazardous zones.

FAQs
Common questions
Can the forecourt stay open during the works?
Usually, yes. We phase the work so most pumps, bays and the shop keep trading, and agree out-of-hours working for anything that needs part of the site closed.
Can you add EV chargers to a petrol station?
Yes. We check the supply capacity, position chargers outside the hazardous zones, handle any network operator application, and deliver the ducting, bases and electrics as one package.
Do you install forecourt drainage and interceptors?
Yes. Drainage, channels and interceptors are part of our civil engineering work, alongside concrete and surfacing.
Can you upgrade canopy lighting to LED?
Yes. LED canopy and forecourt lighting cuts energy and maintenance costs and improves light levels for customers and CCTV.
Do you work for multi-site operators?
Yes. We can work across a network of sites to one standard, with a single point of contact and live digital reporting on every job.
Which areas do you cover?
We're based in East Grinstead and work across Sussex, Surrey, Kent and London, and take on forecourt projects UK-wide.
